Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our fragrance products and to ensure quality control, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective items.
Defective Products: If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at info@leblissaroma.com within 30 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent once the defective product is returned. Return shipping costs will be covered by us. Please reach out to us if you encounter any difficulty returning the product within this timeframe, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing info@leblissaroma.com. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect product and will ship the correct product as soon as the returned item is received. We strive to make this process as smooth as possible and appreciate your patience.
Missing Items and Inadvertent Errors: Should there be any issues with your order, such as missing items or shipping errors, please contact us immediately. We are here to address any concerns and ensure that your experience with Le Bliss is satisfactory.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. In the case of product replacements, the new product will be shipped at no additional cost to you. We appreciate your patience during the return and replacement process as we aim to ensure everything is handled correctly for your complete satisfaction.
Order Modifications and Cancellations: Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. By placing your order, you agree that all details, including address and product information, are correct.
Rejected, Returned, and Undeliverable Packages: We cannot accept returns of rejected or undeliverable packages for a refund. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may incur additional shipping costs, which will be billed to the original payment method.
